In between sessions, you’ll have access to text message support for any quick questions, reflections, or breakthroughs. This feature ensures that you stay connected and supported throughout your coaching journey.
3. Review & Action
Together, we’ll review your progress and accomplishments, celebrate your wins, and identify areas for further growth and development. We’ll then create actionable steps to help you move closer to your goals with confidence and clarity.
4. One 15-minute emergency call
Should you encounter any urgent challenges or need immediate support between sessions, you’ll have the option to schedule a 15-minute emergency call. This ensures that you receive timely assistance and guidance whenever you need it most.
5. Coaching tools
You’ll have access to a range of coaching tools, resources, and exercises to support your learning and growth outside of our sessions. These tools are designed to deepen your insights, enhance your self-awareness, and facilitate lasting change.
